PPK Group (ASX:PPK) reports that subsidiary White Graphene is teaming up with Boeing to investigate boron nitride nanomaterial applications in the space and aerospace industries.
The company reports this team up has come forth following securing $100,000 in funding and winning the highly-competitive Sustainability in Space Pitch Competition.
Additionally, as the winner, White Graphene will receive the $100,000 funding for a proof of concept project to develop solutions using the company’s and boron nitride nanotubes nanomaterials.

If successful, the company has the opportunity to become a supplier to Boeing, along with working with them and their global stakeholders to address several space sustainability challenges.
Commenting on the team up, PPK Group Chairman, Robin Levison said: “We have now secured active, highly prospective collaborations across multiple industry sectors to support a path to large-scale commercialisation of boron nitride nanomaterials and the extraordinary properties they produce.”
PPK Group is an ASX-listed company that invests in boron nitride nanotubes, commercialisation of ‘high’ performance batteries, ballistic armour, and dental products.
